Ecommerce Club Working Lunch London: AR Customer Buying Experiences
Thursday 29th June, London
Event Overview: Reports are increasingly suggesting that consumer expectations of in-store tech are not being met by retailers. In a recent study, it found that one in five shoppers want augmented reality changing rooms, when shopping online to find the perfect clothing items. Allowing users to virtually overlay clothing onto their digital selves to ‘try on’ different outfits, AR changing rooms are a growing trend among retailers, with high street brands such as Topshop and Gap already trialling the new technology. Seeing as everyone is currently interested in augmented reality, today Ecommerce Club Partner OSF Commerce will be demonstrating its innovative solutions for retail including LIVE Style Studio a unique buying experience for customers in-store and beyond and SMART Fitting making shopping easier and more fun by combining in-store and online experiences.
