Creating the Ultimate Customer Journey Roadshow

Our Conference Creating the Ultimate Customer Journey in Manchester earlier in May was such a great success that we decided to organise a roadshow taking place in Manchester, Dublin and London with our partners Rackspace, Redbox Digital, SLI Systems, Feefo and dotMailer. If you missed the event in May, click here.

At the roadshow we take a look at how creating the best journey for your customers can be a long process which involves many different internal and external factors and joining up all the dots can take time. At these roadshow events we will hear from many of the experts in that process and look at the best tools on the market to help manage the process effectively.

Event Takeaways include:

•    10 practical techniques for managing Customer experience/CXM
•    User Hosting, Hybrid Technology, fanatical support and cloud to create effective e-commerce sites
•    Connecting shoppers to products to accelerate e-commerce revenues
•    Introduction to Facebook and Reviews
•    How to humanise your purchase journey
•    Best Practice on delivery and returns
