ParcelHero launches prize for everyday business heroes
Heroes and heroines walk among us unnoticed every day.

International courier ParcelHero is looking for business heroes from companies to enter Business Hero 2015 and be in with a chance to win a holiday to a destination of their choice.

The price comparison site is burnishing its reputation for championing customers by discovering heroes and heroines from all kinds of businesses, from start-ups to multinationals. The company wants business people to nominate their Business Everyday Heroes a person at work who is an inspiration, a mentor or even someone who simply brightens the day. The winners could receive a pair of flights to the holiday destination of their choice or a selection of pampering experience days.

Head of PR at ParcelHero David Jinks comments: “Heroes and heroines walk among us unnoticed every day; selfless, giving and 100 per cent genuine. Whether they’re helping friends, family, or a star in your workplace, often they will ask for no recognition and seek no reward. Here at ParcelHero we want to help people give something back to their Everyday Heroes and reward the good deeds they perform.”

Submissions close on November 22 after which a panel of judges will pick a winner from each category who deserves the heroic experience day. Anyone over 18 can be nominated for the Business Heroes category, and everyone also has the chance to pick an overall winner of the People’s Hero award, where the entry with the most votes from the business, local community, volunteer or sporting heroes categories will be named the winner. All entries will have the option to be included in the People’s Heroes nominations, along with their main category.

To nominate an entrant, simply fill out the form on ParcelHero’s Everyday Hero site, and your own hero or heroine could be a winner
