Usage of Facebook for US teens falls six percent

In the past year the number of US teens between the ages of 13-17 using facebook has dropped to 88 percent from 94 percent. 


 Last year the same report from Frabk N.Magdid found that Twitter usage within the same group has risen 44 percent this year, which is up five percent on last year
Its Jail time for Silk Road bitcoin deals

The Bitcoin trader Charlie Shrem has recently been sentenced to two years in jail for indirectly helping people swap cash for bitcoins on the Silk Road marketplace. 


Silk Road shut down in 2013 following raids by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies which said it was trading in illegal drugs. The operator of the Silk Road, Ross Ulbricht, is due to face trial in January. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of dealing drugs and conspiracy.
