Phishing campaigns affect many companies in the UK
It takes less than two minutes for a phishing campaign to net its first victim, according to the report by Verizon.

The report looks at analyses of almost 80,000 security incidents on thousands of companies during 2014 and it shows that within many companies, about 25% of those who received a phishing email were likely to open it. In this way attackers trick people into opening affected messages and are able to get hold of login credentials that could be used to trespass on networks.
Facebook tracking ‘non-users is put down to a bug
Facebook have admitted to tracking non-users, also referred to as "shadow profiles".

In a report published by Belgian academics, it is alleged that Facebook had been secretly installing tracking cookies on users’ computers, even when they had deleted their account and asked not to be followed. Facebook responded this week saying that cookies might have been placed in some cases and that they were addressing those. They rejected outright the rest of the claims made in the report. Apart from a bug that tracked all users who visited certain Facebook pages, Facebook doesn’t practice tracking non-users, the company said in response to the report.
