UK adspend forecast to weather the Brexit storm
Digital is the fastest-growing advertising medium in the UK – worth £8.6 billion, up 16.4 per cent year-on-year and accounting for about 43 per cent of the total UK ad market. Despite Brexit concerns, the IAB reports forecasts of just above and below 4 per cent growth for 2016 and 2017.

IAB reveals steps taken to resolve digital advertising's biggest issues
The Internet Advertising Bureau UK has updated its progress on addressing some of the biggest challenges to display advertising, from ad blocking and ad fraud, to viewability, brand safety and the huge issue of privacy.
Google expanded text ads go live

Google’s long-awaited text ads went live at the end of July. The new longer version has been designed specifically with mobile users in mind so they can be given more information from their searches. With right-side text ads gone, Google is testing a new, longer look for text ads that can display across devices in any ad position.
