Personalised marketing: Untapped potential “in over 50% of consumers”
A recent study from Amaze One shows that brands need to fine tune the balance between personalisation and personal invasion. The study suggests that 70 per cent of consumers are concerned about the way personal information is collected and only 18 per cent feel they have some degree of control over it. Digital is the fastest-growing advertising medium in the UK – worth £8.6 billion, up 16.4 per cent year-on-year and accounting for about 43 per cent of the total UK ad market.
